Delivery & Refund Information
Our standard delivery charges apply to all postal addresses on the United Kingdom mainland. Whilst we are able to arrange delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Orkney and Shetland, such deliveries would incur a special delivery cost and must be arranged with a member of our sales team.
Delivery of our 2m wide rolls can usually be arranged on a next-business-day basis as standard. Delivery of our 4m wide rolls usually takes 4-6 days.
Please inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may occur at the delivery address. If you would like us to track a delivery, and provide updates on delivery times, please speak to a member of our sales team prior to or having placed an order.
All returns for reasons other than Defective Goods are subject to a collection charge. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received the goods. To cancel your order you must inform us in writing, or by email. We will accordingly arrange for the goods to be collected from the delivery address, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods less the cost incurred by us for collection (this cost is the charge made to us by the courier). All goods must be repackaged as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was used to make the purchase within 30 days of you requesting the refund.
