Shipping & Refund Information

Once an order is placed through the website delivery is usually between 5-10 days. If you require next day delivery please contact us and we will do our best to send it express service for an additional fee.

Please inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may occur at the delivery address.

Exact delivery times are unable to be provided but contact will be made to give estimated arrival time.

When receiving the grass please ensure you are happy with the condition it has been delivered before signing for it. If you provide the driver with a signature you are accepting that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition.

We do not accept returns of under 15 sq/m. All returns for any reason other than defective goods are subject to a collection charge.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 7 days after you receive the goods. To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing, or by email: grass@towngrass.co.uk.

We will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods, less the cost incurred by us for collection (this cost is the charge made to us by the delivery company and will depend on the size of your order).

All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation.
